Express web connect +

Question

Wednesday, September 17, 2025 My bank downloads thru direct connect and so did my cd, today Wednesday, September 17, 2025 I changed the password, today no longer is the cd recognized.

Called the bank said yes we still have the direct connect.

What about express web connect +, you still have that. Yes, we still have express web connect +.

How in my account list do I get the option of express web connect + back since all of my bank accounts have been connected through express web connect + up until today when I changed my password

Friday, September 19, 2025 A item that corrected when losing the cd connection to the bank was the one step update, before I had to enter twice one type the password then press enter to get the update this is before todays update build 27.1.64.29

In Account list > Add account > at Advance options in add account  choosing a differnt connection

Quicken says  “you already have an account enabled at this financial intuition with this user id that uses a different protocol. They need to be the same.”

If that’s the case why doesn’t Quicken (They need to be the same) pick up the cd and why won’t quicken letting me choose another option since Direct connection doesn’t see the account?

The reason I ask is because everything worked fine under EWC+, last time when things went south with the citi downloads I went to fix that it doubled every transaction listed even though quicken asked for a download time frame and completely ignored it.

I put a trouble ticket in 9/17/25, haven heard from quicken yet.

Centier.   I had this issue before, I had the option to choose the connection, changed it everyting was working perfect, now there are no choices to choose the connection where I lost it all, quicken does not recognize the cd account.
