Unable to activate my checking account at Alerus Bank

r5002015 Quicken Windows Subscription Member

When I try to activate on line banking I get the error CC-929

the passwords I have entered are correct - verified with bank

I've tried updating via the account menu edit

I'm using windows 10

Previously I was able to download from Alerus but beginning about 3 weeks ago it will no longer download.

    You've erroneously posted your message in "About using the community", which your post has nothing to do with.

    I see that you're running QWin, but WHICH Q product and what BUILD of that product? This info is at HELP, About Quicken.

    Hello @r5002015,

    Thank you for those details!

    This error occurs when you have had too many failed attempts.
    We do have a Support Article that covers this error if you want to take a look at that for more information.

    Basically it just asks that you wait an hour and try again. After looking at your connection attempts internally, it appears you have already waited the hour, so it would be ok to try again now. As stated in the article, If the issue persists, please contact Quicken Support.
