Repeated requests by Quicken to update Fidelity connection

Every time I try to Update Accounts, I get a pop up from Quicken asking me to reauthorize my Fidelity account(s). (see screen shot)

I've gone through the process numerous times and updated the one remaining account I have with Fidelity (Added to Existing Account). I have two old accounts that were transferred to another institution that I've selected Don't Add to Quicken. I completed the process, yet I still get the pop up. How do I stop this recurrent/redundant request to Reauthorize?

Are you saying that you have already reauthorized all of your current Fidelity accounts to EWC+ but that you keep getting the popup to reauthorize the 2 accounts that were transferred to another brokerage?

If so, do those 2 old Fidelity accounts still exist in Quicken as Fidelity accounts? If they do, go to the Online Services tab of Account Details for them and Deactivate them if they still show as being connected.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, the next time you get the reauthorize prompt, go through the process and make sure to not select those 2 accounts when you are logged into your online Fidelity account. Important…make sure to do that deselection in the online Fidelity account and not later during the set up process in Quicken.

Or are you saying that you have been declining the reauthorize prompt by clicking on the Remind me next time button but you still keep getting the request to reauthorize each time you run OSU? If so, there is nothing you can do to stop that from happening because it is doing exactly what that button says…the "next time"…unless you actually go through the reauthorization process.
