I am curious if anyone else is having an issue with the price updates on TIPS, Treasuries & Corporates held at Fidelity.
As I understand it, Quicken grabs the individual bond prices from a file downloaded from Fidelity that is stored in the Online Center.
It is currently 6:30 am EST on 9/19/25. The timestamp on the latest file down loaded from Fidelity is 12:00 am on 9/18/25. Given that 12:00 am is the 1st minute of the new day, this file was generated 30 hours ago.
From looking at VTI (one of my holdings), the file shows a price of $325.16 which is the closing price for 9/17/25.
My portfolio shows a price of $327.21, which is the 9/18/25 closing price - which is what I would expect to see this morning. The $327.21 appears because Quicken does NOT use the price from the Fidelity file but instead downloads the security price.
Long and short, the Fidelity file that is being downloaded is outdated…it is one day behind. Where is the file generated at 12:00 am on 9/19/25? Doesn't matter for equities as their closing prices are obtained elsewhere. But it is a disaster for individual bonds. My bonds as of this moment show bond values EOD 9/17/25…because that is what is in the latest downloaded Fidelity file.
I have too many bonds to manually update.
Am I the only one experiencing this?
