I am getting this error message but it appears the totals have been updated anyway. I'm not sure why this is popping up with I sync my accounts.

    Hello @Bill Arnold,

Thanks for sharing the screenshot and details! Based on you're screenshot, it looks like you’re receiving a QCS-0429/CC-929 sync error, but when I checked your account, there’s also an internal FDP-103 INVALID_CREDENTIALS error being returned.

Can you confirm if you’re seeing that FDP-103 error on your end at all? If you are, that indicates Quicken is receiving outdated or incorrect login credentials from your bank. In that case, please follow this support article.

If the FDP-103 error does not appear and the only issue you’re seeing is the CC-929 sync error from your screenshot, then this points to Quicken temporarily blocking the account after too many failed attempts. In that case, please follow this support article.

Note: The CC-929 article provides instructions for Windows, but the Mac equivalent steps are:

    1. Navigate to the Quicken dropdown menu
    2. Sign Out... image.png
    3. Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
    4. Follow the prompts to be taken back to your data file after signing in

    Hope this helps!
