adding new Vanguard 403B account into quicken

i have uses quicken for years and stopped for a while and went to Monarch money because of issues with one drive decided to come back when i figured out how to get rid of one drive and just have quicken save to the c drive but enough said i can get my wife's Vanguard 403B account into quicken every time i try to add no matter what i try to do the screen goes blank. No problem with Monarch Money

i started fresh with new computer all my stuff went in fine except for that my 401k from empower my investments with chase all my accounts with chase all my credit cards with other banks just her 403Bmy annuity i have to put in manual but that i understand that was always the case

That sounds to me like some sort of "local to you" problem, i.e., some sort of data corruption in the data file itself.

If you haven't already, I'd suggest going through the Validate and Repair process under the "File" drop down menu and see if that works.
