Schwab Brokerage Accounts not Uploading Transactions

Transactions not downloading, starting this month. Tried resetting and can't because it thinks I have downloaded transactions, which I don't (see screenshot). Seems to think it's the "Bank". Tried closing a re-opening - didn't work (screenshot)

Windows 11; File on One-drive; R64.29.

    Try contacting Q Support via the link at the top of this page.

    The reference to Schwab as a bank is immaterial, but the absence of any error code makes this very difficult to diagnose.
