New Checking Account Columns Client and Business

Hi,

I logged into Quicken today and in my checking account view it now shows Business and Client, why? This is my personal checking account and I do not own a business so I don't want/need those columns and didn't see a way to turn them off.

Thanks!

Mike

Did you subscribe to the Business tier? That would explain why you now have those columns. Check by going to (from menubar) Quicken:About Quicken to see what tier you have.

You can turn those columns off by right clicking on column header (or by clicking Columns, lower right of window). (They are shown if you have the Business tier.)

If you have the business tier and aren't paying for it, you might wish to contact Quicken Support.

There's been one other user that reported the same thing happening to them - the Business, Billable, and Client columns were being displayed in some registers but they couldn't turn them off because without a Business & Personal subscription they aren't shown in the list of available columns.

I can only suggest that you use the Report a Problem option in the Help menu to report this issue.

Thank you both for your replies. I checked and I have a Quicken Deluxe account.

I'll go ahead and report the problem.
