Reconcile buttons are not working in QB or Quicken

I'm trying to reconcile bank statements in both programs and it will not allow me to complete the reconciliation by pressing the FINISH LATER or DONE buttons. I try pressing them but they do not work on either software.

On the QB side, I just went in and manually changed each cleared transaction to reconciled in the register window.

Clearly there is something wrong here. I've run multiple virus scans and this happened last week as well. Anyone else having these issues? This is a major issue.

    I can't close out of reconciliation window so I will lose my work and I cannot move to the next statement to reconcile. This is a huge problem.

    A bit more info needed.

    Which Q product are you running, and what BUILD of that product? This info is at HELP, About Quicken.

    What type of account is experiencing the issue? Does this happen in other accounts?

    This could be either a program corruption or a data corruption issue. So, have you tried taking a backup and then Validating you Q data file?
