Alight Solutions 401(k) transaction download

Hi All,

 I recently joined a company where our 401(k) is managed by Alight Solutions. I don't have a direct login and must access Alight through my employer's HR portal.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of setup and successfully been able to download transactions into Quicken?

    I think I may have found my answer - it appears as if my employer doesn't allow transaction downloads. :(
