New problem: I have two Bank of America cards. The updating feature, or whatever it si called, downloads the card accounts with data from the wrong card. In other words, I see charges that should be on one card, but appear on the account for the other card. How do I adjust so that only the charges for the correct card are downloaded to the account for that card?

Hello @TallPaul1000,
Thanks for bringing your question to the community!
To get this resolved, please start by restoring a backup from before this issue began — this will help ensure we’re working from a clean slate.
Once that’s done, make sure the affected Bank of America accounts are disconnected in Quicken. After confirming they’re disconnected, go ahead and add the account back. During the setup process, be sure to LINK each account to its correct existing account in Quicken.
Let me know how it goes or if you run into any trouble along the way!
