Pricing updates for several stocks listed on TSX stopped working August 13 2025

I have BIPC, BIP.UN, BEPC, BEP.UN on my watchlist. pricing updates for these stopped Aug 13, which I believe is around the time when I upgraded to R63.22.

I tried to delete the stock and then re-add it. When doing so, Quicken only found the listings for the NYSE, not TSX.

Any reason for this?

Thank you for reaching out with this issue. Since you mentioned this started around the same time as you upgraded to the newest version of Quicken, I recommend testing to see if this is happening because of the update. To do this, please backup your Quicken file, then use the instructions in the article linked below to revert to R62.18, and verify if the issue is resolved.

@Quicken Kristina this is a long running problem with Quicken Canada. The problem is not specific to an update, but rather it is specific to certain securities. For whatever reason, certain securities are simply missing or not set up correctly in the security price data provided by your third party provider. If you search through historical posts, I'm confident you'll find several similar posts. And, I've been able to replicate these issues for other users. Before asking a user to go through the very time consuming process of having a user do a downgrade of their quicken application, perhaps Quicken staff could test this themselves and see that it is impossible to obtain certain security prices that should be available. This problem was present on previous version of Quicken, not just the latest one.
