Quicken Incorrectly Adding Reconciled Amounts

Credit card account.

The bank statement transactions match the quicken transactions. However Quicken does not add the reconciled amounts correctly, showing a discrepancy between statement and quicken. I've manually added the transactions in both quicken and the statement and the statement is correct. Quicken shows a negative balance difference, but there are no missing transactions in my register.

I've restarted from a backup and have the continued issue.

    You may want to verify that the Opening Balance transaction (OB) is still correct. Under certain, as yet unresolved conditions, the OB transaction may be incorrectly changed, causing your register balance to become incorrect.
    Verify, if necessary, edit and correct the OB amount.

    Ensure that the account register is correctly sorted by Date in ascending order, with newest transactions at the bottom of the register.
