Fidelity & RobinHood Suddenly Not Downloading Correctly
I'm using Quicken Classic for Mac, Deluxe version 8.3.1.
I have accounts with Fidelity and Robinhood that are set to "simple" tracking because I really just want to see my holdings and account balances. This was working very nicely until I installed the most recent update. Now all of my investment accounts are showing wildly incorrect balances: Most holdings are missing, and the balances are way lower than they should be. I tried re-doing the account connections, but it's not fixing the issue.
Is anyone else having trouble with this? If so, has anyone else managed to fix it?

Hello @kyoung221,
Thank you for reaching out! If this happened immediately after the update, then it's possible something went wrong during the update and caused this issue. If you haven't already done so, please try restoring a backup from before the update was installed and test to see if the issue is resolved.
Please let me know how it goes!

Hi @Quicken Kristina ,
Thanks for your response. I restored a backup and that seems to have fixed the issue. I'd rather not continue to work with the restored file, however, because I had made updates to my budgets/transactions/etc.
How can this be reported as a potential issue with the update?

Interestingly, my Robinhood and Fidelity accounts are only showing cash and one holding (an ETF). They are missing the remaining holdings.
