Check pay cleared bank but can't clear it in the register [Edited]

I have a issue the check I wrote through check pay has cleared the bank and it shows up in my checking account but i am unable to clear it in the ledger.

    Hello @Richard Sturgeon,

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. What status do you see for the transaction in your Quicken? Has the cleared transaction downloaded into your Quicken? If so, is it unable to match to the check pay transaction? When did the transaction post in your bank account? Has the biller received the payment yet, or is it still in transit?

    It has downloaded from the bank shows cleared in the register but can not clear the new match. it has been delivered and deposited into there account.

    The status of the check pay should have updated to Sent/Payment Successful when the check was sent (for more information, see this article on Check Pay). If it did not update, then I recommend that you contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance, since they have access to tools we cannot access on the Community and they are able to escalate the issue as needed.
