I am getting "an error has occurred" when doing online update. How can I get more information?

Thank you for reaching out! To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. Which financial institution is this happening with? Are you able to view the full error message by navigating to Tools>One Step Update Summary?

The financial institution is vanguard.
The message "An error has occurred" appears during the One Step Update, but the One Step Update Summary does not show any errors.
