Cannot Sign Into Quicken Account from Quicken Mac Desktop App
I am new to Quicken, running Classic on a Mac. I can't seem to sign into my Quick account from within the app. The Quicken ID and password are correct as I can log into my account with those credentials into the Quicken account in a browser. The error I receive in the desktop app is "Invalid Quicken ID or password". Both are correct. What am I missing?

To help troubleshoot, I checked on our end, and can see the error you're encountering requires contacting Quicken Support directly to resolve as they are able to escalate the issue as needed. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.

Looks like the account was temporarily locked due to too many login attempts. The account is now accessible again after the hold automatically expired.
