Firstmark Services
Why does Quicken classic show Firstmark Services as an available Financial institution, when Firstmark says they don't support connections?

Hello @kenwen,
There are a couple of possibilities that could explain this:
- Firstmark may have discontinued support for third-party programs like Quicken but hasn’t yet notified our service provider, which is necessary before it can be removed from our list of supported financial institutions.
- It’s also possible that they do support online connectivity with Quicken, and the information you received was incorrect—sometimes frontline customer service reps aren’t fully familiar with third-party programs like Quicken. If that’s the case, we recommend asking to speak with a supervisor or a Tier 2 representative, who are usually more familiar with these connections.
Have you tried connecting to Firstmark through Quicken? If so, what happens when you attempt it? Ultimately, if the connection fails and it turns out the bank has discontinued support, only Firstmark can confirm that definitively.
Thank you!
