I've reset the online services several times now, and nothing is working. No error messages. It says its downloading transactions, and it doesn't.

Hello @Karen04,
Thanks for sharing the details. I completely understand how frustrating it can be when Chase transactions aren’t downloading properly.
Please try the following steps below and see if it resolves the issue:
- Create a backup of your Quicken file first.
- Deactivate all Chase accounts in Quicken.
- Revoke Quicken’s third-party access from your Chase account on their website.
- Reactivate the accounts in Quicken. When you’re redirected to the Chase site and then return to Quicken, make sure to select “LINK to existing” for any accounts that were already in your file.
Let us know how it goes!
