Quicken pop ups say Mac time is incorrect but its correct

I keep getting a pop up message from Quicken that says the time and date are wrong on my laptop. The message needs to go away. How do I stop it?

    What time zone do you live in?
    What regional settings are you using in your Mac OS? Region / country / calendar / date and time formats, e.g., mm/dd/yyyy
    What does your Mac clock display show at this moment (date with 4-digit year, please)?

    Some screen image snapshots might be helpful in trying to get to the bottom of this.

    Please save images to files of file type PNG or JPG only. They're easier to work with than PDF files.
