More Merrill Edge problems since the change to EWC+

Along with Merrill Edge not reporting the proper number of shares in my investment account, this morning I had a CD that came due.

The CD that was reported by Merrill added an extra 0 to the number of actual shares that were sold throwing my account WAY off!

For example, it should have been 100 shares that were sold but 1,000 was reported.

Can I go back to using Direct Connect. It seems every download is causing a new problem.

Similar problem - Previously Merrill Lynch Benfits Online downloaded a qfx file which Quicken could import. Now, one must use the Update command. It executes OK, but the data is incorrect. Portfolio holdings information is correct for equites, but not for Bond/Fixed Income. For Bond/Fixed Income, the number of shares is off by a factor of 100. HELP!!!!
