Investment Chart Displays Sawtooth Pattern
Quicken for Mac pushed an update in July or August which resulted in the investment chart for my Schwab IRA's dropping about 12% in value every weekend and then recovering on Monday. I talked with Quicken Support and they had me create a new investment account - that did not resolve the issue. From what I could hear in the conversations the engineer could not determine the cause of the issue. Consequently they blamed Schwab. The only problem with ther blame game is that the sawtooth pattern is not present after July 14 and and in the 3 and 5 YR charts. Any one else having the same issue.

The graph of a security is going to be dependent on the price history (not the account, unless you have a buy/sell transaction). Quicken is going to be getting its prices from three different places. Their quote service, the financial institution, and any transactions that are entered.
If the problem is a bad quote during the weekend, that would cause what you are seeing, and it wouldn't go away for in the past until the security history is edited to remove the bad prices.
