Every month after my AMEX Gold credit card closing I log into my web account using a Firefox browser and use WEB Connect to download a file to Quicken (release 64.30) on Windows 11. This time there were 48 TXs but only 23 loaded into Quicken. 25 did not. There are 2 cards with different numbers - one being the owner. The only pattern is that the first 20 from one card did not download and the first 5 from the second card also did not. Also the downloaded filetype is not QFX but OFX which is strange. I called AMEX twice and they pointed to Quicken. I tried a download into a CSV file and all the TXs were there. I did a deactivate/activate process on the account but that did not help. Repeated attempts at a download just yielded 0 updates.
