One Step Update locks up (Quicken Classic Deluxe ver. R64.30)

It starts the update process but never completes. The entries screen start "flashing" like they are updating but the whole program locks up and I have use Windows Task Manger to close the program. This has been going on for about 2 weeks. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    1st step would be to see if the issue can be isolated by financial institution.

    SO, as a test, try initiating a download FI-by-FI from within Q using the GEAR icon and "Update Now" in the upper right corner of the account register.

    For any accounts having a problem, what's the name of that FI (as known in Q) and what download method do you normally use with that FI (Direct Connect, Express Web Connect(+), Web Connect), what?

    Thank you for your response. I just tried to update and it worked ok. It seemed to take a lot longer than in the past and I thought it wasn't working.

    I am having the same problem. It is happening with at least three accounts: bank, cc and brokerage.
