I am having a similar requirement to reauthorize my Fidelity accounts every time I try and update transactions. What is different from what other users are reporting is my connection appears to complete, lists the Fidelity accounts but none of the boxes are interactive and on the far right the unmodifiable description is "Don't add to Quicken". Not so long ago, you could add a new account or link to an existing account (which is what I need to do) but I am not given that option.
