Schwab totals off.

I'm thinking it might be that Schwab is not downloading all transactions. For my son's 401(k) with Schwab, 1) Schwab correctly downloads all straight Buy transactions, but 2) Does not download any of the deposits (I do paycheck deposits through split transactions from the paycheck transaction, and company match as a direct deposit in the 401k register), 3) does not download any reinvested dividends (resulting in share count and total value to be off), 4) nor does it download expenses (causing the share counts and cash balance to be off). Whenever Quicken notifies me that share balance is off, I log into the 401k account, check the transaction history there, and manually add to Quicken whatever is missing.
