Quicken is reporting incorrect balance of my Schwab Roll-Over IRA account. Schwab on-line account is correct and current.

I am having the exact same issue. I understand all of the recommended steps. Here's something interesting: when reactivating my Schwab accounts, Quicken does show the correct balance according to Schwab in the pop-up that confirms reactivation. Nevertheless, the side bar reports an incorrect balance.
