I was prompted to update my 401(k) at Fidelity NetBenefits to the "new" connection type, and everything fell apart…
- There is a Dividend Income transaction which downloaded soon after the transition. It added to the cash balance but there has been no associated share update.
- I recently borrowed against this account, and yesterday the first payment posted. It only posted for 3 of the 4 securities in the account. They also showed up as cash transactions without an associated share update.
- There are 8 Sell transactions which posted, 2 per security. They are for tiny fractional share amounts but had no associated cash balance - the dollar amounts were all copied into the "Commission" field.
- The actual Buy transactions associated with the contribution from my last pay period only showed up for 3 out of the 4 securities.
I trust that Quicken is working diligently on fixing this?
Things weren't great before the connection update, but they were better than this.
