Connecting to Amazon Synchrony

I am not able to connect to my Amazon Synchrony account. I am using the exact same same username and password that I use to login on the Synchrony website. I sent a report also. -Derryl

Thank you, I went through all the steps in the support article. Even after deactivating/closing all accounts I still get the same error. I also reconfirmed that the username/password worked by connecting to my Amazon credit card account outside of Quicken. The end of the article says contact support. What is the next step to try?

Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and if needed, escalate the issue based on their findings to help resolve the FDP-103 error.
