Chase bank and Credit cards not updateing

Since August I have had to reset my accounts in order to have them updated. I have done everything in order to fix it following suggestions from the community etc. My profession is a technical analyst for finance and believe an update from late August or early September messed it up. Fix it! [Removed - Disruptive]

I checked your account, and I’m not seeing any internal errors, and your most recent connection attempt shows as successful. To better pinpoint what’s happening, could you clarify exactly what occurs when you try to update your Chase accounts (for example—do you receive an error code, does it spin without updating, or do no new transactions appear)?

    In addition, please provide the following details to help us investigate further:

    • Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it on your local hard drive (C: Drive) or a cloud-based/external drive (e.g., OneDrive, Dropbox, USB, etc.)?
    • Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps? If so, which ones?
    • Are you using a VPN while updating? If so, does disabling it make a difference?
    • Do you have antivirus or malware protection software that might interfere with Quicken? If so, have you tried temporarily disabling it to test?
    • When did this issue first begin?
    • Were there any system or software changes around that time (updates, new installs, etc.)?

    Also, when attempting to set up or reactivate the connection, are you going through Set Up Now in the Online Services tab, or using Tools > Add Account?
