Chase Transactions Not downloading into Quicken
I am running Win 11 and Quicken Premier. Yesterday 10-3-25 two of my Chase banking transactions that cleared on 10-2-25 did not download. I downloaded from Chase site into Quicken.
Has anyone else experienced Chase transactions not downloading?

Hello @jjrichards,
Thank you for reaching out. I checked your account, and I’m not seeing any internal errors, and your most recent connection attempt shows as successful. To better pinpoint what’s happening, could you clarify exactly what occurs when you try to update your Chase accounts (for example—do you receive an error code, does it spin without updating, or do no new transactions appear)?
In addition, please provide the following details to help us investigate further:
- Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it on your local hard drive (C: Drive) or a cloud-based/external drive (e.g., OneDrive, Dropbox, USB, etc.)?
- Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps? If so, which ones?
- Are you using a VPN while updating? If so, does disabling it make a difference?
- Do you have antivirus or malware protection software that might interfere with Quicken? If so, have you tried temporarily disabling it to test?
- When did this issue first begin?
- Were there any system or software changes around that time (updates, new installs, etc.)?
With these details, we’ll be able to get a clearer picture and move forward with next steps.
Thank you!
