Sofi Connection
Is there an issue with connecting to Sofi? I can't add my account in quicken, this is a brand new setup, CC-503 error. I can login to the sofi website with the same credentials just fine. Also can login with YNAB with same credentials.

Hello @stevew72,
Thank you for sharing the details! The CC-503 error means Quicken is being told that your login credentials aren’t being accepted by the bank. This can happen even if you’re able to sign in directly at Sofi’s website.
We have this support article here that walks through troubleshooting steps.
Since you’re setting up the account for the first time, you’ll only need to focus on Step One and Step Two:
- Verify your bank login information – Try typing your Sofi password into a text editor first (to make sure there are no typos), then copy/paste into Quicken.
- Verify login at Sofi’s website – Log in to Sofi directly to confirm your username/password are correct, and check for any alerts or extra prompts (some banks require new credentials or additional security approvals to allow third-party access).
Step Three and the later reset/deactivate steps don’t apply yet, since those are only for accounts that have already been added before.
If the issue persists after Steps One and Two, the best next step is to reach out to Quicken Support. Our team can review logs with you and escalate to the proper channels if needed.
Thank you!
