Chase bills missing

Quicken is not showing Chase bills. rel 64.30

Any suggestions?

    Thanks for your question! I am happy to help!

    To add Chase as a biller in Quicken, you’ll first need to make sure the corresponding account—like your Chase credit card—is added to Quicken. Once the account is in your file, you can then add it as a bill, and Quicken should recognize it for tracking.

    Just a quick heads-up: while you’ll be able to track the bill in Quicken this way, Quick Pay isn’t currently available for Chase billers. However, you can still use Check Pay as an alternative if needed.

    All my accounts have been added already.

    The problem is that the actual bill amounts do not show.

    so they are still "awaiting next bill"

    next payment due date is 10/16

    Hello @dianal,

    Thank you for sharing those additional details.

    One thing you can try is going to the Bills & Income tab, clicking the gear icon on the right, and selecting Review and Repair from the menu options.

    Once there, select Review and Repair Online Billers.

    I deleted the accounts and added them back. No bills appeared.

    I had to choose the option to show full balance to have the bill show.

    this option was not available for accounts without a current bill. so in the future if there is a balance due, they will not show the bill.

    Can you please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing with the "show full balance" needing to be selected? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
