Not installing on my new computer

Wondering if anyone can help. I upgraded to a new computer today and I can't install quicken. It says that i don't meet the minimum requirements. I purchased an HP Omnibook 5 laptop, Next Gen AI, 16-FB0037NR, Windows 11 Home, Qualcomm Snapdragon XPlus, 32GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 2K. I think it's the Snapdragon that's causing the problem. I researched and a couple of different websites talked about a Windows Emulator (I have no idea what that even means!!!).

Please help!! I bought this so I could stop looking at my tiny screen on my Surface Pro.

    Hello @tsimono,

Thank you for reaching out. Based on other discussions on the Community, Quicken should work with Snapdragon. To see one of the recent discussions, click here.

Have you double checked to make sure your system meets Quicken's system requirements? Please review the article below for the list of what Quicken requires:

You mentioned you're using Windows 11 Home edition. Do you know if it's in S Mode? S Mode can cause issues with installing Quicken. For more information on S Mode, click here.

A Windows emulator is a software program that would allow people using a Mac of Linux computer to create a virtual Windows environment for running Windows applications. Your computer already runs Windows 11, so a Windows emulator would be unlikely to resolve the issue you describe.

If your computer does meet system requirements, and you're still seeing the error, then I recommend that you follow the troubleshooting steps in the article linked below:

Please let me know how it goes!
