Missing accounts in folders
My folder of investments has been empty the last few times I've accessed the site, despite having (re)-added the accounts each time.
This has been a recurring issue and needs to be addressed,
Bob

Hello @BobG,
Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue! Do you have your LifeHub synced with your Quicken file, or did you add everything manually?
If you're uncertain whether it is synced or not, in your Quicken, navigate to Quicken>Settings>Connected Services. If it's set to sync with your LifeHub, it will show the option selected and the date it last synced.
I look forward to your response!

Thank you for your reply,
Is the information correct in your Quicken file? If it is, have you verified that your file has recently synced with Quicken LifeHub? You'll see the date last synced when you navigate to Quicken>Settings>Connected Services.
Thank you!
Quicken Kristina
