Hello @bergy45,
Thank you for posting your question, and I am happy to help.
Can I get some more information from you?
- What financial institution are you trying to download transactions for?
- Are you downloading a file from the financial institution's website? If so, what is the file type?
- How are you importing them into Quicken?
- Are you receiving an error message? If so, what is it?
- Are you seeing a message telling you that you need to convert to Word?
If possible, please provide screenshots of what you are seeing from your end. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
Thank you!
Quicken Alyssa
