Can I get some more information from you?

* What financial institution are you trying to download transactions for?
* Are you downloading a file from the financial institution's website? If so, what is the file type?
* How are you importing them into Quicken?
* Are you receiving an error message? If so, what is it?
* Are you seeing a message telling you that you need to convert to Word?
