Fidelity transactions not downloading in quicken classic

Tried these steps and still no transactions since mid September
Please try the following steps below and see if it resolves the issue:
Create a backupof your Quicken file first.Deactivateall Fidelity accountsin Quicken.Revoke Quicken’s third-party accessfrom your Fidelity account on their website.Reactivatethe accountsin Quicken. When you’re redirected to the Fidelity site and then return to Quicken, make sure to select“LINK to existing”for any accounts that were already in your file.

Please do TOOLS, Account List and tell us what shows in the "Financial Institution", "Transaction Download" and "Last Download" columns adjacent to each Fidelity account.
Also, are you getting any error messages, or codes, when you try to download.
And, have you tried validating your Q data file?
BTW, I'm a Fidelity customer also and I haven't had any issues with my downloads. Everything (6 accounts) is coming in as expected.
