Trying to connect Prudential Brokerage Account through LPL Financial

As the title sates, Unable to figure out how to get this working. If does not work. Quicken is not what I need.

    Without you telling us what you've tried and the results, we're kinda at a loss as to what to advise.

    BUT, have you tried using "LPL Financial" as the financial institution name?
