Graphics Issues on Multiple Displays - CTP-12046

Any update on this reported display issue? This issue relates to graphical anomolies when viewing callouts on reports in quicken classic. The callouts do not appear in the proper place on the report and/or they show up on secondary monitors as apparent glitches.

I'm on Windows 11 and have the latest version of Quicken Classic Premier. This has been a longstanding issue on Windows 11.

I've tried all the possible resolutions I've found in support forum with no luck.
