Problems downloading Fidelity data
I'm using Fidelity Classic, R64.30, Build 27.1.64.30. I have been a Quicken user since 1998.
I got an email from Quicken today informing me about the fact that "Fidelity stopped supporting their old connection method on October 8, 2025", and that "You’ll need to update your Fidelity accounts in Quicken to start downloading from Fidelity again."
I used to download my Fidelity information by going onto their website, and downloading to quicken…totally painless. Now, the only Fidelity account where this is possible is their credit card. For all the rest, I have to go through Quicken.
Other than my credit card account, I have not downloaded my Fidelity account data since January.
I tried to do so today, using the Online Center to update/send. I succeeded in downloading all my accounts. That's the good news.
The bad news is that the data downloaded varies. Some accounts have part of April, and Sept/October Most only have September and October. I don't know if I have all the data in these 2 months.
How do I get the data from January to September? I hope I don't have to do this manually.
Thanks for any help you may provide.

I got that email also.
I ignored it, without apparent consequence. I don't intend to convert until absolutely forced.

When logged into your Fidelity account, go to a specific account and click the 3 dots to the far right of the "Overview" dropdown. There's an option to download in CSV format, but Fidelity still supports other download methods and they've NEVER, IIRC, supported Web Connect where you initiate a QFX download from their web.

I don't understand. I don't know when they stopped doing so, but Fidelity had a QFX download option at least until about Feb/March of this year, as that is how I got their data into Quicken.
I'll look into importing the CSV file into Quicken, and see how that works—I was not aware you could do so, and I can't tell how difficult that could be. Better than putting in the missing data manually, I guess!
