Fidelity authorizing accounts issues
I am using Quicken Classic Premier Ver. R64.30 Build 27.1.64.30. Issues have appeared recently with my Fidelity download. I have two individual accounts and my wife has one. We also have a shared trust account that appears on each of our Fidelity profiles when we log onto the Fidelity website.
When authorizing my accounts for a Quicken download, both my individual accounts plus the one shared account show up and are linked to the Quicken accounts. Of course, it does not find my wife's individual account, but unlike in the past the account is disabled for download. Then when I try to authorize my wife's individual account, it finds it plus the shared account. But it does not find my accounts. Unlike in the past, it disables them for download.
After going back and forth trying to authorize the download a bunch of times, I gave up. How do I resolve this issue?

IF she is willing, she can log into her account at Fidelity and go to ACCOUNT FEATURES, Authorized Users, and give you "Full Authority" to view her accounts thru your login.
Which is what my wife has done.
When I login, I see all of our accounts. In Q, I login using both ID's and download from all accounts … but I'm unsure that that would work with the shared account since we don't have any.

Thanks, I got the issue resolved. I tried to authorize online, but since I have an investment advisor he had to get me the paperwork. Once my wife signed, the account was authorized on my profile and all is now good. Your answer was very helpful.
