CORRUPT UPDATES

I don't know when this all started. I tend to believe since the last 5 updates as corrupted my Quicken program the last problem was the update before Version R64.29(Sep, 2025). Quicken would crash when trying to open. If memory serves around April Or May I been thru tier 1 and escalated to tier 2. tier 2 had said quicken program is corrupt. NOT my file. He then escalated to the next level. At this time answers to my inquires where, we are aware of your issue and working on a fix. We will email you when a fix is done. It is now October (5 or 6 months waiting) still no fix or email from Quicken. So I had to reformat my computer install all my programs including Quicken to make it work again. Whatever updates Quicken did around that time corrupted the Quicken program. [Removed - Rant/Disruptive]

Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue, and thank you for sharing what you did to resolve it.

When I check the ticket, I can see the escalated team is still working on the issue. They suspect a conflict with the .NET framework is responsible for the crashing.

Have you had any issues with the program crashing since you reformatted and reinstalled everything on your computer?
