How can I get help to synch Quicken with Fidelity accounts? Three accounts have NOT been working properly since July 29th!!! I have been watching and reading posts be see no clear solution. Shouldn't a fix have occurred by now???!!!

My quicken advisor pointed me at https://www.fidelity.com/customer-service/faqs-exporting-account-information which includes the information:
