The user in the other thread was able to resolve this issue by connecting via Ethernet, rather than using wifi. It might be worth giving that a try first.
If that does not resolve the issue, please contact Quicken Support directly so they can investigate and escalate if needed.
Also, going to Help>Report a problem and submitting the report to Quicken does not get a reply. Just wanted to acknowledge that. It sends the information over, but we do not reply to those submissions.
