Deposits downloading as Charges
I am using Classic Quicken on Windows 11. For the month or so (it took me awhile to figure out what was happening), deposits from my credit union, California Coast, are being downloaded as charges. For instance today I had both a charge and a refund from the same source and they were both downloaded as charges.

What type of account is this happening in?
But assuming that it's a deposit type account (and not a credit card or loan account) and since your CU only provides downloads via Express Web Connect, you'll need to contact Q Support about this.
It sounds like Intuit, who does these interfaces for Q, may be misinterpreting what it's scraping from the website.
