set up download for Osaic Equipt account

I have 2 accounts with Osaic Equipt Pershing that are downloading transactions, etc with no problem. I just opened a 3rd account and having trouble setting it up for download. I set up the account in Quicken and connect to Osaic Equipt but it only shows my 2 active accounts and not the new one. The new account IS showing up on my dashboard for Osaic.

Anyone have any suggestions to try?

    Have you tried first deactivating the 2 accounts that are already set up for downloading and then doing the Add Account process? (NOTE: Backup your data file before attempting to do this.)

    Some financial institutions do not permit downloading setup for a new account when there are other accounts already set up for downloading. Deactivating them first and then doing Add Account allows for the addition of the new account.
