new Bill pay
Worst update I can recall. The Billpay function in unreliable. It has added memos to every bill I have. It take days to process. I've used Quicken for decades; I've never been this disappointed.

Until Quicken and the new service provider they were forced to migrate to can iron out the wrinkles, I recommend falling back to a known good process that has been around for decades:

You mentioned that memos have been added to every biller you have. Is this online billers only, or also manual ones? If it is online billers, it's possible that the information is coming from the biller.
About how many days are your payments taking to process? Are you using Quick Pay, Check Pay, or both?
