What Happened to QuickPay?

I've read the discussions, but what is the answer? QuickPay used to complete within 24 hours in many cases. Now it takes 6 or 7 days.

    The issue with QuickPay payments taking longer than they did in the past has already been reported to our teams for further investigation and resolution, ticket CTP-14470.
