Balances don't agree within the program

On just one of my accounts (the most important one), Today's balance is correct, but the balance column is significantly off.

    @Sara Wright what type of account is it….Bank (Checking, Savings, etc) Vs an Investments account? What do you mean by today's balance (On-line Balance or perhaps Ending Balance?)
