Ameriprise Account Quicken Downloads

Every time I update the Ameriprise accounts in Quicken, there are gross inaccuracies. The Quicken downloads don't equal actual account and sub-account values. Also, Quicken doesn't recognize the symbols for widely traded funds such as a S&P 500 ETF. 😡

    Thank you for reaching out. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. When did this issue start? Was it downloading correctly previously, or has it always behaved this way? Do you use Simple or Complete investment tracking? The easiest way to tell which one you're using is to check if you can view transactions. If you can see the transactions, you're using Complete investing. Which values are incorrect (market value, cash value, etc.)? Do the accounts have any placeholders or obviously incorrect transactions that would explain the incorrect values?
